Dr. Ralph Geiger, MD

I am most fortunate to have Dr. Geiger as my Primary for almost 20 years. His diagnostic expertise is extraordinary and has kept me in excellent health - now close to 84 years young. He genuinely loves practicing the art of giving superior medical care to each and all his patients. I wish I could hang 10 stars on his office door.

I am very glad that my HMO pointed me in the direction of this professional who is personable and has a sense of humor. The entire office has friendly, helpful staff which seems rare in this area. Hoping to remain this doctor's patient for a very long time.

We just started using Dr. Geiger and were extremely impressed with the amount of time he spent with us as new patients as well as his thoroughness in his initial examination. We highly recommend Dr. Geiger.

My Husband and I have been patients for 5 years now and have found Dr. Geiger to be most professional and very thorough. You do have to wait sometimes, but I figure that the patient ahead of me may have needed that bit of extra time. Lately the office has been more on time though. Never had to deal with him in a hospital situation, so I don't know about that. I like him because he doesn't chit chat too much. We would thoroughly recommend Dr. Geiger as your internist.

Took my father to his doctor and just returned home after a one hour twenty minute wait and still never saw the doctor. Isn't this why we make appointments and leave our phone numbers so in the event they are running behind the the staff could extend a courtesy call and let you know. He wanted to see his doctor because of concerns over chest pains, he didn't feel it warranted a hospital visit but because of their lack of concern we ended up going to another doctor. He explained to the staff after waiting an hour as to why he was there and they did nothing to accommodate him. I'd seriously think twice before going to this doctors office. Many other caring doctors offices around to choose from.

This doctor knows his medicine and is spot on BUT his bed side manor is atrocious. If you are healthy and there is nothing to discuss, no problem BUT if you get ill and ask questions so you as a non medical person can understand - WATCH OUT PEOPLE- He will flip his lid. Then 5 minutes later he will be nice again. The next visit he slammed desk tops slammed doors and acted like a mad man then the next visit he was nice. I truly seriously think the medical board should give him a psych evaluation as his behavior is not normal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM even though he is good medically.

Very rude to patients and family members. When asked a question, he, Dr Gieger raised his voice and became very beligerant and acted like he did not have time for his patients and we were wasting his time. Very poor bedside manner. Will be looking for a new Dr.
