Dr. Ralph Gousse, MD

He is a top notch ONCOLOGIST he is very thorough and he will research and research TOOOO FIND the right diagnosis and direct you to the right doctors if he cannot help you

I visited Dr. Gousse on three different appointments and he is a very good Dr. who knows what he is doing. The great thing also is that if you need blood work done it's right there at the office so one does not need to travel somewhere else to get it done. Staff is very good too.

Had a family member visit him and initially visits were fine but as my case became more complicated I felt like he didn’t have time for me. His reception staff are rude and they continuously rush me off the phone. The staff are Monique and the most rudest one never gives her name. I was referred to another facility and the information faxed was incomplete thus significantly delaying my care. The staff seemed liked this was their first time referring a patient to another facility. Never admitted their mistake and when it was pointed out they faxed the same document with the wrong information to another facility(wrong contact number for me). Truly felt like a number and not a patient. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Met Dr. Gousse about 13 yrs. ago when my Dad had Leukemia., Dr. Gousse took time to explain everything and was caring and excellent bedside manners. He is a huge humanitarian going to his native country Haiti ofter to help families by building concrete home so they no longer have to live in straw home. (see his photographs on the office walls). Highly recommend.

There's always a lot of patients; since you end up HAVING to go because what they treat are not diseases to play with. "Assembly line" style clinic that will take your money and keep you coming to get even more money. Billing department is atrocious, and not a lot of help if you have money problems. You have to sign paperwork that you are going to pay, but when you overpay, no one calls you to let you know you have a credit and deserve a refund.

I know a man who sees Dr Gousse as a patient. He must be a great man and probably also a great physician.
