Dr. Ralph Augustine Juarez, MD

My wife was a patient of his in 2011. She passed in 2012. During the time that he was her pulmonologist, he was always late to appointments (45-90+ min everytime) scheduled well in advance because "he was in clinic". There was never a sense of urgency in treatment and "treatments" was simply "try another inhaler". Often there was no review of the medical record before an appointment and had to remind him of why we where there. Complete detachment. We lost 6 months of precious time combating a disease that finally took my wife's life.

Dr. Juarez is the most disinterested and condescending doctor I've ever been to. I resented his arrogance and the way he presented himself. I'd never go back there.

This doctor would not accept the fact that my so-called lung infection was not an infection at all, but actually "woodworker's disease" what is actually a scarring that is not reversible. Time has proven me to be right. He prescribed tons of antibiotics with no promise of a cure, which I took for two years. All for nothing.

Dr Juarez listens and answers my questions. He is very thorough with tests and follow-up.

Dr. Juarez is attentive and makes sure the proper tests are done and always is ready to provide me with needed care.
