Thorough , detailed oriented and a caring doctor, asks so many questions and communicates well. Recommended.

Dr. Mastrangelo is a very thorough competent & compassionate physician. He takes time and explains everything. Doctors like him are definitely hard to find and I am so thankful that I found him!

Dr. Mastrangelo is a truly excellent physician and his patients absolutely come first. He takes time with you, which is a rare commodity today. Unfortunately, they don’t make doctors like him anymore. He sees people, not dollar signs. He is the BEST!

Impossible to get to see. Have 3pm appointment. Office says to call at 2pm to "see how far behind he's running". Told to call back at 6pm. Told he's running 3 hours behind and to call back at 9pm. Finally saw doctor at 11pm. No Doctor is THAT good...

This is the most intelligent, dedicated, and sharp physician I've ever met. I don't exaggerate and I also don't bullsht I have had several doctors in my life, I'm around fourty & in regards to a general physician this is the guy. I've been with this office for a decade and unless something untimely were to occur, this will be my GP until he is no longer practicing. This is who I trust my Health/Life with.

The wait time is always so long, hours at times.

I have had Dr. M as my primary care physician for many years. While the appointment schedules and hours of waiting can be horrendous, you will get the Doctor's undivided attention and he will spend as much time with you as necessary. He is an old-fashioned doctor in a crazy over-scheduled world of health care.

Dr. Mastrangelo is old-school - spends lots of time with patients and covers all the basics. Not great about communicating after the fact - I didn't appreciate a call from someone at a desk telling me that based on blood test results I needed to start on a drug that I had not discussed with the doctor at all. No review of pros and cons, no discussion of side effects, just some voice on a phone telling me I needed this drug. The scheduling process is truly insane - you get an appointment and are told to call at that time to find out just how many hours behind schedule he is. Evening hours are extremely convenient, but your 7 pm appointment is likely to take place around 10 pm.

The wait time is unacceptable. An hour is tolerable but a three to five hour wait is not something any patient should tolerate.
