Dr. Ralph Biagio Peluso, MD

My grandmother was denied medical care at this office. She had been going to Peluso for over 20 years yet the staff, physician assistants and doctors were "unaware" that she was diabetic or on insulin. She was denied medical care and sent out of the office. Her face was practically deformed and she was in agonizing pain that she was unable to move, yet the staff was inconsiderate, rude and hostile toward her. They asked for her name, DOB and then told her to have a seat. She waited for 5 HOURS. and then was told that she needed to leave and they could not see her. Not to mention the TWO HOUR LUNCH that everyone (including the doctor) in the office took while the medical receptionists sat on their phones (even after lunch) and discussed shopping and vacation plans. This office denied my grandmother medical care and were negligent in their response. Now, she sits in a hospital room due to a serious and grave infection that could have been prevented.

Dr. R. Peluso is an excellent doctor that is very patient with his patience and explains and answers all questions. Hi diagnosis and care of different medical conditions is given with the greatest knowledge and care for each individual patient. Dr. Ralph Peluso is a great professional, his patients are very lucky to have his care .

The absolute WORST. I had 3 in house medical tests and 6 done two days later at a lab. Despite numerous phone calls and promises by the staff to find out where the results are, it is 23 Oct and the testing was done 6-8 Oct. Staff incompetent, inefficient and does not return calls. Wait times both times I have been there has been 90 minutes and he spent 5 minutes with me lecturing me on the value of colonoscopies. A train wreck of a doctor's office. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

everybody wants to get better but nobody want to go to a doctor. Dr. Peluso is the best there is in all of the tri state area.a wealth of knowledge. full scope of initial interview consultation,follow up on lab, patient-doctor relationship is that of total confidense in Dr. Peluso's knowledge and skills to treat you and make you better. must recommend this highly skilled doctor to all and also admire his professionalism,caring,great bedside manner,and most of all a 100 % commitment to help his felow patients to a speedy recovery.

Very disappointed w/treatment of patients. In my opinion if you have an appointment you shouldn't have to wait 2-3 hours and be only seen for 6 min. Staff is unprofessional. I have changed doctors and this treatment is unacceptable.
