Dr.Rayner is easy to talk with,listens to your comments and has a quiet but calming presence.He diagnosed a dear friend of mine in 2013and it gave him additional years after a valve replacement.I have now become his patient and experience good results due to his care and knowledge. Dr. Rayner takes the time to talk to me and explain my options. He also evaluated my overall condition, not just my heart issues.

Office staff is fair, but always directs any problems to the manager.The manager is rude and ignorant. I had a billing problem, showed her the insurance forms concerning payments, and she refused to look at it. When confronted with overbilling, she walked(stormed) away and refused to accept my information. Rayner doesn't answer question, but questions them instead.

Procedure with Rayner involved cardio-conversion.When chest pains developed 3 days later his RN told me to visit an ER--refused to make me an appt.But Rayner never even telephoned me to inquire about my health or the medication!Even my Vet calls when my dog has a procedure--something is wrong with this picture.
