Dr. Ralph Joel Rothenberg, MD

Dr. Rothenberg has been my doctor since 2010. He has been a great doctor for me. He is kind and caring. Thank you, Dr. Rothenberg. Diane

Bad experience both appts. Not willing to look at your problems or hear anything you want to address. He'snot friendly nor he doesnt show interest to help whatsoever, going back to my other dr. In PA, complete waste of time and on your mental stability. Would not ever recommend this dr.

he was very rude from the start because I had mentioned I was upset for having to wait for an hour in the waiting room because I had an important class to return to as I am a student. in addition the office from my pediatric rheumatologist hadn’t sent over my medical files so he acted as if that was somehow my fault when my old doctor doesn’t even work out of that office anymore. the entire time he just kept bringing up how much WE inconvenienced him because they didn’t send the files over so he couldn’t really “do anything” yet about my diagnosis. then on top of that he tried to say that it wasn’t my arthritis flaring up but most likely because i was overweight (which i know does factor in) but i just felt like i didn’t even matter as a patient. i’m not paying you hundreds of dollars to treat me like i’m the ground you walk upon. do NOT go to him ever.

I recently seen Dr Rothenberg because Dr Luzar retired. He did not go through file to see my Diagnosis. I needed paper work filled out for work. He did not complete the paper work . My employer denied me my accommodations.I called several times to his office but was never able to directly speak to him. According to office staff. He was not going to add or change anything . He sent me to get another test that had nothing to do with the request! I might add he had no problem immediately charging me for paper work, But would not complete my employer paper work. The diagnosis is in my file. All he had to do was take a few minutes and look it over before refusing through his office staff. It was clear to me he did not have time no care about this patient! I would not recommend Dr Ralph Rothenberg!

I'm a long time patient. Wouldn't want to go to anyone else!

Doctor Rothenberg has been my doctor since 2010. He is a caring doctor who cares and is very interested in helping his patients health. His staff is caring and nice as well.

Dr. Rothenberg makes you feel as if you are a bother, an inconvenience. Once, I made an emergency visit because my pain level was unbearable, he (in not so many words) blamed me for my extreme pain and then went on to say it couldn't be as bad as I was describing. He treated me as if I was some sort of "drug seeker," even though I'd never taken a narcotic for my condition, and had never asked him for any. He is the most uncompassionate, inconsiderate and mean doctor I have ever been to and I would never recommend him to anyone!

Does not give patient enough time. He doesn't really listen to what you have to say, hardly makes an effort to give an accurate diagnosis. I personally felt like he didn't want to hear what I had to say and could care less how I felt. Would absolutely NOT recommend him to anyone.

Dr, needs to give the patient more info about further visits & more on finding a diagnosis.
