Dr. Ralph Rubenstein, MD

Dr. Rubenstein is a very caring person. He has never talked down to me or assumed he knew everything about me. Dr. Rubenstein always takes the time to listen and offers helpful advice and treatment options. I would give Dr. Rubenstein a rating of outstanding.

never again, i'm finding a new doctor!

Not only does Dr. Rubenstein double-book appointments, but he rushes through them as well. My father and I were there waiting for over 45 minutes just to see him, and when it came time to sit down and talk, He said and I quote, "I don't have time to sit and chat, We need to hurry up because I have other patients". So needless to say, We were in and out of the actual office in less then five minutes. Without even listening to our concerns, Dr. Rubenstein prescribed my father meds and set us on our way. My father told him that he had concerns and that the doctor didn't seem to care, and the doctor proceeded to tell my father to "Take it up with his supervisor". This is in NO WAY professional or personable. He is a doctor that is supposed to help treat others and their illnesses and the way he "treats" them is purely absurd! I do NOT recommend anyone see this doctor if they are in need of professional advice,help or care.
