Rude and abrupt

awful- i was not able to get in for follow-up appointments and had to wait over a month for test results. the nurses were not helpful if i had medication concerns or questions. none of the staff at the clinic seemed to care at all about the patients. i just switched to a new clinic and new sleep doctor and had no idea i could have such a positive experience and so many positive health changes so quickly- with a doctor who took time to listen and cared. i would NEVER recommend this doctor or clinic (edina).

I could not get through to schedule my appointment to the so called call center. The receptionist was rude and the nurse was overwhelmed. Dr. Steele was pleasant and professional. I know Dr. Steele knew what he was doing but his staff were not grade A.
