Dr. Ralu Hinojos, MD

I like dealing with this doctor and was easy to trust him. Unfortunately the wait times 3-4 hours was difficult if you needed to see him. His staff was anything but courteous, they would not let you leave the office even thought they knew it was taking more than 2 hours just to see dr Hinojos.

Dr Ralu Hinojos is a very good Dr. , his staff on the other hand are very unprofessional and rude. Had a very difficult time with his “nurse” that does prescription refills that need prior authorization. She sent me a me a message with the receptionist that i needed to pay out of pocket for my medications because she wasn’t going to fill out my insurance authorization forms (mind you each refill was 500.00 that my insurance would pay for -just needed the form to be filled out and faxed back). Lazy people working there. I’ve witnessed them treating patients very badly at the reception desk. My overall experience with Dr Ralu has been fair.

The staff at this practice is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. There is a major discord between the Dr and his staff.

That office is a total mess surrounded by the rudest people! They overbook so many patients and have them wait over 3 hours for a 15 minute consultation!

Dr. Hinojos always accurately diagnoses my ailment. He's great!

This doctor is great! My parents speak only Spanish so it is always hard to find a doctor they can communicate well with and that makes them feel comfortable. This doctor did just that. He took his time with my parents and explained, in detail, their diagnosis. My parents were new patients yet we were in and out of his office within 2 hours. Definitely worth the wait. We will definitely be recommending this doctor to our friends and family.

My 86 year old mom likes Dr. Hinojos and enjoys his visits, but as far as dealing with his helper ----who suppose to handle the refills , responding to pharmacy request and talk with the wonderful homecare nurses ---is at best a clerk who I have never talked with yet after calling for days.... only the answer machine....... my mother has ran out of pain medication, high blood pressure medication and it takes 3 weeks unless you go down to the office and talk with the friendly staff out front... then wait 40 minutes for them.......
