Dr. Ram A Narasimhan, MD

During a routine colonoscopy he cut me four times. I lost almost a pint of blood and had to go in for an emergency colonoscopy to find and fix the bleeding. If I could give him a 0 star rating I would. Stay away for your own safety.

Dr Narasimhan is OUTSTANDING! He is very knowledgeable, and he has a wonderfully caring and calm way about him. He is patient, and he is quick to respond to messages with clear, thorough responses. I feel so lucky that I found him!

He is quick to get you out of his office and does not listen to health needs. He does not follow up on getting you information, very rushed and insensitive

I had read the other reviewers comments prior one day prior to my appointment with Dr. Narasimhan and almost cancelled my appointment. I'm so glad I didn't cancel. I found Dr. Narasimhan to be very professional, knowledgeable and explained my condition in terms I understood. He spent all the time with me I needed while I was asking him questions. He was kind and caring. I would highly recommend him. My regular doctor is on vacation - that's how I happened to get an appt. with Dr. Narasimhan. I am seriously thinking of changing to him!

I thought Dr. Narasimhan was very kind. All of the staff I interacted with were very kind and professional. The only reason I gave a 3 instead of 4 stars for diagnosis is that I won't know until more time goes by whether his diagnosis was accurate or not. I was impressed that when the medication I was taking did not work for stomach pain, I called the nurse and Dr. N called me back promptly that day to change the prescription.

He was crap.
