If I could give zero stars I would. The accounting department is unbelievable. I received a message on my cell phone almost 4 years after my visit (my visit was also horrific, but that's another story). The message said I had an outstanding balance. I immediately returned the call only to get a recording and I left a message to return my call. The next day I followed up with another call stating, "you must have called the wrong patient, I haven't been in your office in almost 4 years". Again, they did not return my call. But today I received a letter from a collection agency, wow is all I can say. I did file a complaint with the collection agency regarding this matter. I called the Doctor's office and instead of them apologizing, the lady on the phone basically called me a liar that they made several attempts to collect and THAT NEVER HAPPENED, I never received anything from their office! I always pay my debts that I owe and would have gladly paid my balance this time too. Too bad… they didn't want to take the time to call me back to resolve this matter. So, if you want to go to collections, this is the office for you.

This office is a fraud. If they say they need to collect your “estimated out of pocket” costs ahead of time, RUN. I trustingly did, and my out of pocket responsibility ended up being way less than what they collected. It’s been over two months and I still have no refund. Endless calls and messages from me and my insurance company have gone unanswered. They have now been paid TWICE for my date of service as my insurance company paid on the claim. And they charged me a $50 no-show fee when I rescheduled an appointment due to a severe storm, less than 48 hours in advance. I was told the provider could override it, but won’t. Unprofessional and disorganized

Very kind, thoughtful doctor who listens carefully and thoughtfully answers your questions

He actually listened to me and did not rush through my exam. He explained tests results and started treatment right away. He and his staff are caring and took the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend him.

Very satisfied. Answers all my questions. He gets to the diagnosis quickly and starts treatment then. No waiting around for answers or treatment. Friendly and caring staff
