However, one staff member in particular was self important, rude, condescending, unwilling to listen, angry, and made the office visit about as agonizing as a root canal.

Staff is VERY rude and condescending. Office visits are cancelled or delayed without notifying the patient. The doctor's office hours are only until noon!

D Ram Vasudevan, is a very caring doctor. He explains everything to you in am way you can understand, I am so very lucky to have such a kind and compassionate cardiologist.

Very good doctor. Probably would not be alive except for him. However, the staff at his 2Nd Ave office leaves much to be desired.

The doctor performs surgery with care. The anesthesiologist selected at Munroe Hospital in Ocala was also superb. The office returns night calls for solving problems. Doctor does not overprescribe. Overall experience was excellent for AiCD )pacemaker/defibrillator replacement.

Excellent and experienced. Performs approximately 200 pacemaker / Defib implantations a year. I would highly recommend him. Attentive during initial visit and wants complete history. Highly technical and clinical. He is one of the best. Was not much contact after surgery or during recovery. Expects patients to leave same day with little or no pain medication. However, each patient and procedure are unique. Hospital stay overnight is allowed and pain meds ordered if warranted.

Surgery went fine. id not see Doctor afterwards. Written orders incomplete, no release specified. Office did not order pain meds as directed.Re schedule of followup at my request accomplished smoothly.
