Dr. Rama Letchuman, MD

Due to a traumatic event, I sustained multiple injuries and subsequent illnesses. I one single night when a masked man entered my home and violently assaulted me, I went from competitive runner, cyclist, etc., with mint health, to a deeply damaged patient. I have now been with Dr. Letchuman and his wonderful nurse, Erin, for 4 years. My eyes swell with tears as I write this. They have been so kind to me. They truly listen. Dr. Letchuman is so thorough. I am equally thorough in my personal medical management so I feel I can relate to his meticulous nature. Sure, given the time we live in where the bad apples have created a horrific scenario for those of us who have valid pain needs, we are required to go through more hoops to get what we need. Transparency and trust take time to prove, but I can honestly say, the long process is worth it because Dr. Letchuman et al have brought “me” back to myself and my love ones. I’m not 100%, but he is doing his best to help me get there.

After being his patient for 10 years, and never gave the man a problem, he told me that my pain is luxury item and I couldn't afford it. He called me a charity case and said that he couldn't see me anymore, even though I have two different kinds of insurance that he billed to for 10 years. I have never been treated so bad by a doctor. It's horrible because I suffer greatly. Still do.

Dr. Letchuman has been my pain mgmt. physician for almost 8 years. He is the most caring and compassionate doctor that I have seen in my 48 years. Both his NP (Erin) and his nurse (Janine) are so sweet and they are a bright ray of sunshine in my day. I cannot imagine being in chronic pain without these wonderful people in my life. They've become family to me. I highly recommend Dr. Letchuman and his nursing staff. Their dedication to the patient's needs is efficient and thorough.

He is the most caring and compassionate Doctor that I have ever had. I have been seeing Doctors for 56 years. He takes his time every visit to examine me, talk to me and assure that I understand my treatment plan. In these busy times and with as much pressure to rush, the fact that he treats me as an individual speaks volumes about his character. I would recommend him to anyone who has suffered chronic pain, as I have. I am so appreciative of him, and wished to convey my feeling to others, who might benefit from his expert and compassionate care. Thank you.

He was very focused on MY problem and asked many questions designed to give him much further insight than the other physicians.

Dr. Letchuman has been my doctor for 6 years. He is an excellent Dr. When you have your follow up visit he is never rushed. He discusses everything clearly and accurately to make sure everything is going as it should and you completely understand everything.. Highly intelligent with a very sweet and kind nature. Always tries to make you at ease and makes sure that he addresses any changes that might have occurred since your last visit with him. He makes sure his staff works to help you in any way with your appointments. Can't say enough good about Dr. Letchuman! He is definitely one of the best Dr's I have ever used.

He managed my wife into an addiction. She gets way more pain drugs than needed for her level of pain yet she stays stoned. She flunked the drug test 3 times but is still a patient. Now she needs rehab.

Excellent doctor, he finds out what the problem is, and listens to you hen you have an issue. I dont think there could be a better doctor, and his assistant Shannon is great also, very caring!!!!
