I’m always treated with courtesy at Dr. Raju’s office.

I have a bad back and can barely walk,this idiot will not fill out my insurance form tha will provide me free transportation.Cost him nothing. Plus he is late half the time and over booked. Likes to complain about money to his patients. Get real!

This was the worst Dr visit i have ever had in my life, and am 60yrs old.....The receptionist was the horrible person i ever met...I have a new insurance carrier..she didnt beleive me when i told her i hadnt had a physical...i call my carrier..and she wanted prove fr them...omg...i told her you kno am a new patient, am suppose to get a physical...and not pay...she then said well not all patients want physicals..wth...and Dr Raju., just said i have to make sure i get Paid...the worst bedside manners...I will never go back there..nor will i refer any one to go there....i would have been better off going to an Animal Hospital...and to top it off a woman came in, who didnt speak English...i felt soo sorry for her..she was told no one speak english here..come back tomorrow...sad....
