I prepared all of my tests and records for this medical office as requested and when called back to exam room she ( the dr.) Rudely said "what is this wrong with you"? I was shocked. She then asked what do you think this is , the corner drug dealer ? At this time I had been working 30 years but had to stop. I had never taken any meds but antibiotic or aspirin, tylenol.I tried to explain my condition as was stated on my medical tests. I told her I knew her husband, A doctor, from work and she said " so what !" I saw I was not going to receive any care from such a rude. condescending. mean person, so I picked up my papers and left. As I walked out a person behind me asked " was she rude ? What a useless appointment.

Dr Roa has helped me tremendously. Her injections significantly reduced my pain. I can’t thank her enough for her compassion and care.

Until I experienced Such an uncompassionate, non empathetic judgemental So called Pain Doctor . The moment you enter you are type cast by that malicious person as a drug abusing manipulative low life on sight. Which automatically makes impartiality virtually nil. IF you ever seen on national geographic how a male lion has no compassion for the offspring of another lion thats what you feel like after treatment at this facility . In my expectations I thought that a pain Dr would at least understand that life in chronic pain already takes away your desire for life having to live that way. Especially if youre told that certain injuries will be with you until you go to your grave. You at least expect some kind of pain relief as you live in pain daily without relief. Paying for the abuse of certain others that do abuse their pain meds. Constantly being told youre going to be hooked on your pain meds,I'd rather be so called hooked as they say with pain relief as I will… carry my injuries to the grave ,than to not have the pain relief and live in chronic pain to the last day I breath on this planet and be miserable and in extreme pain without pain relief. And believe it or not I Do now understand when people in severe pain go to the streets and relatives and others with pain meds because of the calleous treatment provided at such a facility as this one I have experienced. I Came on a visit to this office which woud be my last. And the doctor asked me what do you want me to do for you? I told her I want help with my pain . She told me I cant help you, this after she cut my pain meds from where it helped down to less than half of what I needed to stop the pain i'm always in. So I now I understand why ? after she cut my pain meds down to the amount that they were useless . She then told me to report to her when I ran out of my pain meds . Therefore giving the impression that I abused my pain meds by taking more than I Should of the amount prescribed by her. When actually she cut my meds way down to where it would be impossible to experience any kind of significant relief thereby making an incorrect impression that I was abusing my pain meds which definetly was not so. I Could go on and on but there isn't any room to completely accurately tell all that has occured. My advice is echoing what all others said in these reviews for Gods sake avoid this so called pain relief center as you will positively and painfully regret entering this place that is supposedly to help with so called pain relief. Last but not least if you can picture this after going to this office you feel like how a person who is in an extremely hot desert and a person approaches with a cool glass of ice water and sticks out the glass of cool water and at the last minute before you touch it snatches the glass of water and drinks it themself and spits some of it in your face turning around and walking away not concerned about how you were affected by what was done to you? Zero empathy or compassion whatsoever! So enter if you wish and regret it like I have don't say you haven't been warned! My advice go anywhere but here at this so called pain relief office that gives you pain rather than take it away.

I really wouldn't even rate this dr. 1 star if I had that option. She is rude and dismissive. She also charges for services she either has not performed or has not performed correctly or thoroughly. She makes patients fill out lengthy questionnaires which she pays no attention to just so she can give the illusion she is a thorough dr. The only thing she is interested in doing is giving shots even if they aren't justified or actually working for the patient. This is how she makes money. I wouldn't trust this dr. with my pets. Many other people who have went there agree with this.

True, her English is difficult to understand as many doctors today are. Exam rooms could use some updating but no issues with her work. She was understanding of my pain and the injections were a great help. Realize, most people only write reviews if they are dissatisfied for some reason. I will continue to visit Dr. Rao.

Bed side manner BAD just wants to give shots in back for $

Very snotty and loud. Raised her voice at me when refused to go to prison again. Said my previous doctor was a quack. No bedside manner. Didn't listen and very rude.

This woman is sloppy, abrupt, and just plain nasty to people. I was there for my feet and she ordered xrays of my BACK -- when I tried to tell her what I was there for she YELLED at me. The front office was ok but the back was nasty. I wouldn't let my dog be treated by this slob.

Thanks for the heads up I was sitting in office and decided to read the reviews on this doctor and I will not do shots for pain, cancelled my appointment

This so called "Doctor"is a complete joke!She was extremely rude and flat out mean.She has NO compassion or even simple manners.Treated me like a six year old and a junkie..and that was even before I had the chance to say a word.I would NOT recommended her to my worse enemy.Please seek elsewhere for help,unless you wanna be treated like crap and giving no help at all.
