Dr. Ramakrishna Venkata Chava, MD

I love going to Dr Chava office Nice people , warm caring doctor answered all my questions and concerns, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the older lady Ms Grace is wonderful lady , I really like her. Sweet lady always courteous and respectful. they follow through, they check up on me and that’s important . Dr Chava even goes sees me in the hospital and respects my wishes. I see why he came highly recommended by some of the nurses in the hospital. And I hear that some of those girls see him too. What really surprised me to see doctor’s seeing him as a patient wow.

He listens to his patients He really cares and wants to help Staff was very friendly and answered my questions, they try to get to know the patient And build a relationship that is a plus because most offices really don’t go the extra step, I will be going back

Upon each visit the staff (Elizabeth) has asked us if we have seen Dr Chava before, and then we have spent over 1 hour in the waiting room while they are looking for his information. I was told once by Elizabeth that she didn't know what was going on in the office (CLEARLY). Dr Chava is rushed when he sees his patient which goes against pretty much everything they learn and test for during their Step II CS- Dr Chava is a nice man, but not a very attentive physician. It is sad because the elderly community could really benefit by him.

Dr. Chava office staffs are Irresponsible and lazy. they won't call back, and i did not get refill and prescription after i have called multiple times. so worried

My mom has been coming Dr. Chavas office for several years. She has never been very happy with them. Staff is very rude and LAZY!!!! I think they forgot we were in the waiting room once, and we were the only ones in there. Office always seems messy, disorganized, stacks of files and paper everywhere. Dr. Chava was ok, nice man seemed to rush us out.

My husband and I really like Dr. Chava, and we would hate to change doctors after having been with him for years, however, his staff is the most inefficient I have ever experienced. Getting a refill is so exasperating! You could die first.

AWFUL STAFF! Rather, what staff? Dr. Chava was my attending physician during a hospital stay. Great doctor; however, it's near to impossible to reach his staff or get a return call. Disappointed.

Dr Chava is awesome, however his office manager needs to spend more time in the office to help out or hire another person. Very difficult to get prescription refills when the pharmacy calls them . Takes me 2 weeks to get a refill even if I have just been to Dr 3 or 4 weeks prior. Dr never wants to give more than 2 refills even on a life management medicine.

Staff does very poor job when it comes to handling new prescriptions and even worse when it comes to getting refills

Staff is slow about fulling requests. Took 5 months to get a letter faxed. I had to go up and park my butt there until they did it.
