Dr. Roman Cortez, MD

I was recently treated at Adventist Health Castle and had to go through two surgeries with two different surgeons during my stay. Doctor Cortez was amazing. He explained everything about these procedures to me very well. He spoke with me in a manner that I could easily understand and made me feel very comfortable with what was happening. He took the time to answer my questions and even to talk story a bit as well. He kept me updated with my progress and helped me understand my discharge instructions. Overall, Dr. Cortez was very approachable, didn't seem hurried, took his time speaking with me, and spoke in a manner that I could easily understand. I was very glad that he was there to help me!

Dr. Cortez took care of me while I was a patient at Castle Medical Center. So, I didn't have an appointment time. However, I thought he had a fantastic bed side manner, and found him to be very knowledgeable about my care. I have a complex medical history,, and felt very confident under his care.
