Dr. Raman Dhawan, MD

Dr.Dhaman is absolutely amazing! He performed two surgeries, and thanks to him I am walking. I consider myself very lucky that he was working on the day I broke my ankle. He is a very talented surgeon, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you Doctor Dhawan!

Dr Dwahan did a spinal fusion,I told he was out of country a week after the surgery. I requested to see anyone in practice. I told only he could see me. I felt 100 percent the first few days, then grew weaker by the day. After finally being able to see him. I was back on crutches, 2 student's were there to see nme, Dr Dwahan came to door said I was faking it. My VA Dr told me to go to emergency room. They found a Spinal infection. I was taken to Syracuse VA pic line out in for 6 weeks of Vancomycin. Transferred to Upstate medical. For revision of my fusion, removing a spinal stimulator, that was a god sent to me. The Dr that did the surgery was great. Kind to me and family positive attitude while doing my recovery

This man would not do surgery on me I suffered for months because he discharged me canceled the surgery. He increased my wait time for the surgery. and I have never recovered

I’ve had four spine surgeries, this one the third at this level. Dr. Dhawan did an anterior fusion, and gave me my life back. Besides the successful surgery, he was was responsive to my concerns, and made sure I was reassured about any issues. I’d not hesitate to recommend him, and I’m thankful for his giving me my active life back.

I have seen this prescriber and each time worse than the other. Medicare guidelines is you see patient at least 15 minutes for billing. All three visits were less than 5 minutes. Each time their was no greeting and it was simply "you need surgery." When you tried to ask questions to make an informed decision he walked out of the room on you. Worst care. As a RN I am embarrassed at the care a medical provider was giving. The office is incredibly unprofessional. Laughing and hardly taking health care seriously. It was loud and inappropriate conversation.

I was in the hospital with a staff infection I my elbow. Dr. Dawhan was the doctor that saw me and I liked him immediately. He was thorough and stayed with my case when I was released. I had a great experience.

This ha got to be the most arrogant and unprofessional Doctor I ever seen. He spends less then 3 minutes with you and doesn't explain anything to you. He's literally walking out the door as your walking in. If he can't make money off a big surgery your not worth his time. He is rude and has no bed side manner.

The worst Dr I have ever seen Lied to my husband and myself About my diagnosis did a surgery that he was not qualified to do Luckily I am still walking Very very egotistical Would never recommend this man to anyone!! I will guarantee he will say not once but multiple times during your appts "I swear on my mothers grave I can make you better .." Then when things don't go right He won't even want to see you again !

The man is a GENIUS!
