This is the absolute worst doctor ever visited. My wife went for a second opinion on being diagnosed with Gall Stones and he just told her that it was all in her head. She has been diagnosed with gastritis, acid reflux, esophageal hernia, and now gall stones. This Dr. did not want to do any tests to confirm her diagnosis and just told her to take medicine another Dr. prescribed and surgery is only needed when she is in pain. She has lost 50lbs in 6 months, that's not nothing!

Dr poola was assigned to us for my son who was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Dr poola knows his medicine, he saved my sons colon with the proper treatment and prompt attention. With the wrong diagnosis, my son would've had to have his colon removed. On the follow up appointment, dr poola was thorough, patient and treated us respectfully. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is his English is very difficult to understand. We have to ask for clarification often and he doesn't seem to mind but we want to make sure of what he's saying. He is very busy though so appointments take months to get.

His pompous attitude towards women makes him incapable of giving an accurate diagnosis. His staff never notified him of complications following a procedure. Horrible.
