my crown lenghtening procedure was unsuccessful because my tooth not numb enough. I told Dr. Gill that I don't feel numb, last time it took 4 shot to numb my mouth, she went ahead and started working on my gums anyway. she said she will work on gums, not a tooth. yes my gums were numb, so she cut it open and when she started working on a tooth bone, I felt it it hurt really bad so she stopped. she gave me another 2 shots (total of 3)and nothing happened. she refused to give me another shot. she has no patience to wait at all. i know she was rushing out of the office. Then she told me she cant work on me and sewed my gum back and referred me to someone else or i can go back to her in 2-3 weeks ( after my gum is fully healed) Then she left..... Five minutes later, she came back dressed to leave for a day and asked if I have any questions. Hmmm.. Okay now, I will be on pain for a week and taking 3 week to fully healed. Disappointed !!!! Careless Dr. stay away from Dr. Gill.
