I went for fibro, arthritis, and disc pain. He spent 15+ minutes attacking me for being on too many medications and gave his dangerous opinion on what was "negotiable" such as "find a new neurologist, one who will put you on 1 seizure medication not 3" (the third brought me from having seizures a few times a week to one every 6 weeks or so, I told him this and he brushed me off). My allergy medication, "avoid your allergens, you don't need this medication" (I told him I'm allergic to grass, he said it wasn't necessary). My anxiety medication, "nobody needs an anxiety pill, go outside more" (after telling me to stop my allergy med when I told him I'm allergic to grass). None of this is his area of expertise and that's just 3 examples of what he found "negotiable" on my list. Highly advise people to find a Dr who won't try to take you off medications that help that other doctors in their own specialty have put you on because he thinks he knows better when his area is PAIN. Not neurology,… psychiatry, allergy, or anything else.

When my pain clinic in elizabethtown closed I was already considering finding another because of ongoing issues with neck & back and now something rare called arachnoiditis unfixable but Dr.Paspuleti explained and let me know he will do all he can. So for the person who wants a American doctor you had one plus you had a doctor who also cares . And if you want to do the diagnose why go to a doctor ? Thanks doc for your sacrifices and dedication to honor the Profession you chose proud to sign. R.Sublett

I have been in pain management since early 1996. He is the first physician to actually pin point where my pain begins on my back. I thought it was my leg Because tjT is where the pain is bit the damage is my back==!

Prejudice doctor.

one time tells me all the pain is in my head the 3 years latter saw him again and said I have too many bad discs in my back so he can not help me . Then for the second time tells me no charge since he can not help

As other reviewers stated, very arrogant physician. First thing you notice is he charges, I do mean charge, into the room in a full three-piece suit. Down to the highly polished shoes. That's so you don't 'mistake' him for a fellow human but the 'god' he believes himself to be. Has no problem calling other doctors who disagree with him 'quacks'. He rarely looks you in the eye. Talks down to you, not with you. He only hears what he wants to hear. Has the attitude that everyone that comes to him is nothing more than a junkie wanting drugs, irregardless of your diagnosis. Unless you have something like late stage cancer, don't expect compassion from this doctor. Your pain is 'controlled' when he says it is. Doesn't matter if you're suffering. If you can stay away from him, please do. If you're stuck with him, I pity you. Unfortunately, KY laws has condemned we true pain sufferers to 'doctors' like him. On the bright side, his nursing staff is good, although his schedulers are not. Just… say 'no' to this 'doctor'.

Dr. Pasupuleti acts just like he looks in this picture ARROGANT and mean! I have been in three major car accidents and he had no idea how to treat my pain and only wanted to make more MONEY! This he did through elaborate procedures with elaborate charges!! Wrong and highly insulting!

Think twice before going to this punk. he has no knowledge of medications or thier effects, he thinks my back injurys are healed 10 months after my MRI when my injury took place 3 yrs ago.. he also says pain meds wouldn't help me,Rediculous. Someone find me a good American doctor, please

This "Dr" is a total jerk. Please find someone else if possible.Seems as if he just wants to cut on someone to get the big bucks and when it doesn't work he gives you the boot so he doesn't have to give pain meds.Even though hes supposed to be a pain management "Dr".This is coming from someone with 4 yrs of exp. with butcher doctors.
