I have experienced the worst DR bed side manor ever. Office staff and colonoscopy staff and procedure was top notch. Couldn’t ask for better treatment. I have a lot of issues with Diarrhea to the point I can’t even leave my house on some days. I have lots of pain in my lower stomach area and was referred to DR from my family Dr. He told me not to come back go to my family Dr. Let them address my issues or give needed medicine. My mom had the same issues with him and her colon ruptured and had to have emergency surgery. I thought she may have been exaggerating. But believe me she was not he’s very rude makes you feel like your wasting his time: I am rating him a 1 and that is being generous believe me.

Excellent doctor! Amazing bedside manner! Wonderful experience! Dr. Ramesh is kind, caring, down to earth. Love him!

Dr. Ramesh K Gandhi is an awesome GI physician. I am thankful that my Family Physician referred me to Dr. Gandhi. I recently had numerous appointments with Dr. Ramesh K Gandhi involving both screening and other procedures involving GI related issues I suffered with. Fortunately for myself and family Dr. Gandhi resolved those GI related issues that needed addressed. Dr. Gandhi took the time to understand myself as a person in need of his professional expertise. Dr. Gandhi did not treat me just like another patient requiring procedures just like all his other patients. Dr. Gandhi is very thorough in explaining procedures and diagnostics in understandable terms. He always asks if you have any questions and he took time to fully answer my questions. Dr. Gandhi, from the informational brochures he and his staff provided me demonstrates he keeps abreast of the newest technologies. Dr. Gandhi applied some of those procedures on me in which thankfully I experienced exceptional results. The TV… screens/monitors throughout Dr. Gandhi’s offices and exam rooms transmit informational guides to help his patients. For me Dr. Gandhi went above and beyond in an effort to offer and show support toward healthy lifestyles, something I can use every day. My experience with Dr. Gandhi’s staff was exceptional as well. His staff members were very professional.

We have never received poorer service from any known doctor's office EVER than from the staff at the office on MIamisburg-Centerville Road, across from the Dayton Mall. First of all, the receptionist is as incompetant as they come, and when her incompetance is pointed out to her, she spends the next 10 minutes wasting your time making up excuses to validate her incompetance. Unfortunately, ALL calls go through that office so you are left to the mercies of them to accurately schedule appointments and direct you to the correct office of where you should be. As an example, my husband had a colonoscopy and the follow up was scheduled. They called him back to change the followup date and time/location. When we showed up for our appointment, we were told that it was at the North Main office and not there at the Dayton Mall location making us late. And, since we live North anyway, it was a huge waste of gas and time to drive all the way down there when we could have only driven a few miles to… get to our appointment. So, we arrive at the North office to find the most helpful and friendly staff. Raeann went out of her way to help us and instructed me to call the next day to verify follow-up for another test date. When I called what looked like the North office and asked for Raeann, I did not know that I was calling the Dayton Mall office, and they proceeded to tell me that she was out until Monday. Again, they let me believe that I was talking to the North office and when I asked for the office manager, she told me that she'd have to connect me to the North office, but not before she went into a 10 minute speel again of how it was the North office's manager I'd need to complain to and how it wasn't their fault where she was at that the appointment never got made. I just needed to talk to the North office and I didn't really care whose fault it was, just transfer me already.

I love Dr. Gandhi because he cares and takes his time with you and makes sure you understand what is going on. He listens and answers all your questions. He's very professional and so is his staff. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.

I went to Dr. Gandhi after an experience at the ER and was looking for answers to what was going on. He figured it out very quickly and has set me on a path to curing the issue for good.

He had no familiarity with my chart or lab results before he stepped into the consult. He attempted to prescribe medication that was on my chart that I was already taking. He did not ask me what brought me to the consult but proceeded to discuss causes for abnormal blood tests without any regard for my history or current symptoms.

Dr Gandhi and staff are very helpful and accommodating. Take time to explain results and answer questions.

Dr Gandhi performed my husband's colonoscopy and we could not have been more pleased. My husband has suffered several strokes with limited speaking ability. Dr. Gandhi was professional, kind, caring and most patient. He also explained the procedure and answered any and all questions we had with integrity and assurance.
