This Dr. literally saved my life. After seeing more Dr's over a 3 year period I had all but given up. He's old school in the fact he genuinely cares about his patients. He followed up with me daily initially. Weekly, bi-weekly until I was truly me again. There's no words to thank him and his colleagues. I would not be here today, fully functional and healthy had it not been for his kindness.

i have seen maybe a half dozen mental health providers in my adult life. Dr. Vermuri was the only one - THE ONLY ONE - who treated me with respect, who truly listened to me, who did not make me feel like a freak, like a number. He remembers what I tell him! His diagnosis is thorough. He actually cares. He speaks to me with clarity using constructive words that I understand. I leave his office believing in myself and in my future.

I've enjoyed working with Dr Vemuri, very much. He listens well, in nonjudgmental, and offers advice as well as additional resources to reference and utilize at home. To the previous patient's comment. The doctor's ( MD, Psychiatrist) purpose is to manage your meds, not provide therapy. You should seek a counselor or a psychologist for this.

Does not take time to fully evaluate. Medicates but fails to provide therapy.
