Dr. Ramin Khashayar, MD

Very impersonal,lacks warmth

I was hospitalized and subsequently developed a pulmonary embolism when Dr. Khashayar was assigned to my case. He visited me more than any other doctor, including the specialist who recommended and performed the surgery. Dr. Khashayar's attention and positive demeanor were a great comfort to me and my family.

very satisfied for a very sick person

My mother's primary doctor send her to De. Khashayar to treat her. He ordered additional tests on her. He was blank, he could not tell what was wrong with her or gave her any medication. she had fever and weak. Finally I took her to Stanford Hospital they told us she had pneumonia. I thought he is internist and has knowledge. He is lack of knowledge, Malpractice? I do not understand how he is practicing . I really feel bad for other people to go to this doctor.

Dr. Khashayar does not listen, does not explain and does not care. He always answers every inquiry with: "Thank you very much" and then walks out. Unbelievable. He is clearly not a gifted physician, and so relies on his arrogance to see him through.

I was flown in with a leg trauma to John Muir in Walnut Creek. He saved my leg which i cannot thank him enough for. The bad side is John Muir's secretarial staff. Rude and incompetent. They could not set me up with a follow up appointment nor could they give me this doctors address for 104,000 dollars they charged me.
