Best gastroenterologist, I have found Dr Kothur a very friendly and patient caring physician. I had a procedure few days ago he came to see me 2 times and explained all the details and was very accommodating which reflect his care to the patients.

Staff was polite and professional! My only complaint was the office still requires people to wear masks!

Dr. Kothur was excellent, explained my procedure in a way I could understand. Everyone in the office, we’re very friendly & knowledgeable. They explained the process, step by step. It was a pleasant & painless procedure.

Excellent care by both the doctor and staff in the surgery center! Will definitely go back when other procedures are necessary!

The medical assistant put an automatic BP cuff on Sharon's wrist and walked out, never to be seen again. After 10 minutes, I finally took it off her wrist when I finally noticed she was still holding her arm up. The nurse practitioner walked in to start the exam. Asked a few VERY basic questions and looked at the CT report I had handed to her. She said "Oh yeah you probably have colitis or something". Thank you Captain Obvious. She has had it for over a month and needs to figure something out because we can not keep going on like this. The lady told her that "The inflammation usually goes down in 3-4 weeks and she should feel better then." I told her that we were on week 5 now of this pain and illness and she just stared at me. NOTHING. No treatment advice, no plan, NOTHING!! As we were walking out the lady said to continue the spasm pills and Zofran. Well thank you again Captain Obvious!! Sharon was in tears as we left feeling like she had been totally ignored. ABSOLUTE waste of… time and money today

Colonoscopy was done yesterday. After a little wait, I went into the prep room, was given the anesthetic, then woke up afterwards. He came in shortly afterwards and gave me the good news - all is well! He asked if I had any questions and personally gave me some cold water to drink. Then he said, "See you in another 10 years."
