Dr. Ramnath Balakrishn Hebbar, MD

i saw Dr. Hebbar on an emergency basis. I had pain and my regular gastroenterologist was unavailable. Dr. Hebbar listened to my concerns, answered questions, ordered testing which was done immediately and called me the next morning with results. He was kind and thorough.

Horrible. Doesn't take into consideration what the patient is feeling and completely disregards patient's wishes. Asked for specific tests to be ran and said it wasn't necessary. Here I am years later with the same symptoms and without a proper diagnosis. Don't waste your time go somewhere else.

Miserable treatment, commencing with an ERCP that was catastrophic. Also, complete lack of concern for the patient after the procedure. Go to Yale for proper treatment.

The surgery I had by Dr. Hebbar went very well. He was kind, knowledgeable, and highly-skilled. He explained the procedure and his findings very thoroughly. A truly great physician.

Good doctor. Hebbar is a professional and he acts like it.
