I get to this place at 9.30am got to see the dr at 12.30pm good dr but the time of waiting is to much ??

I scheduled a 4pm appointment and wasn't seen by Dr. Ramon Acosta until 5:15. He was rude, impatient, and dismissive. He had the wrong information as to why I was being seen, and kept typing on his computer instead of listening to me. He kept checking his phone, telling me he was trying to help me when he wouldn't even let me speak. Every time I started to speak he would start typing, speaking over me. He did not do a physical exam to check the problem I am having, and scheduled a xray. He said he was prescribing me pain medication and it was NEVER sent to my pharmacy. Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly by a medical professional, if I can even call that professional. It was an absolute joke.
