Dr. Ramon Jongo Aquino, MD

The office isn’t very professional, he's not detailed oriented, not very thurough, couldn't find my lab work for my appointment, how does he get 5 stars is beyond me, need another reference to a more caring doctor

I have been going to Dr Aquino for 30+ years! He is a wonderful caring Dr. When I was struggleing with and illness, I never felt like I was fighting it alone. I will and have recommended him to many people.

I was a patient here while living in Clarksville from 2012 -2017 ... The staff was always rude and dismissive. Dr. AQUINO and I use the term Dr. Very lightly always rushed through and never really listened to how I felt .. Thank goodness after we moved I found a great Dr. And I have since been diagnosed either Crohns disease and finally know why I felt so bad for so long.

Is a cancer survivor and has had an IUD for seven months now and has been on anabiotic's continuously and he will not give her a referral to a urologist and his attitude Is terrible as always. My grandson has brain damage and I believe has Crohn's disease he needs special care and special understanding unfortunately Tri care Will not let them change doctors I think this is awful you should have the right to not like someone for all the right reasons and quit going to themtheir answering machine is always full when you call it's just deplorable and unethical and very unprofessional

The staff was unprofessional and VERY RUDE!

VERY rude staff. I called explaining that Dr Aquino was my primary care provider with my insurance co and I changed to a different provider, however my situation is different now and Dr Aquino office is closer to where I live and I wanted to change back. The receptionist asked me what insurance I had and she commented that they didnt TAKE that insurance anymore and started laughing!!! I asked her what was so funny cause I was trying to get an appt. She HUNG UP on me... They are very unprofessional and RUDE!!! She wont think it is sooo darn FUNNY when she doesn't have a pay check anymore. Cause if you are RUDE to patients soon there wont be anymore for you to laugh at and then you WONT HAVE A JOB!!!! After reading this offices' terrible reviews I am glad I will be finding somewhere else to be seen... thanks for Showing the intelligence level of your office staff... best believe I will tell others!!!!

I was extremely dissappointed with Dr. Ramon Aquino's office. His staff is VERY unhelpful & most of the time RUDE. He needs to get his staff in line because no one in his office knows how to schedule appointments. I was sick & called on a Tuesday for an appointment & they scheduled me for an appointment that Thursday. They called me Wednesday to let me know that they were overbooked & that they would have to give me the next available appointment, IN A MONTH! I ended up having to go to the ER because I couldn't return back to work without a doctor's note. A couple months later I called because I needed to update my shots as a requirement for school & they told me they couldn't get me in until JULY, it was MAY. And beleive me, they aren't booked that full because of their wonderful service, knowledge, or expertise. The ONE time that I did see Dr. Aquino he seemed like he knew what he was doing and he was nice, but the rest of his of business is a mess. DO NOT GO THERE!

My wife has been trying to get a same day appontment with Dr Aquino. She starts by calling at 0730 every morning for a week,only to get a busy signal then 0740 when she finally gets through no appointments are available or some hoew seem seems to always get disconnected by his staff. This is the poorest service I've seen in my 27 yrs of military service dealing with TRICARE. I realize my wife isn't his only patient, but his same day appointment just aren't working for his patients.
