Dr. Ramon Edgardo Flores Rios

Dr Ramon Flores, with offices in San Juan, PR,specialize in Pulmonary, is to blame for the death of my sister. He sent her to the Hosp from his office in critical condition, and negligently did not call the Hosp to give them any instructions whatsoever as to treatments, medications and her conditions and status. The Hosp had never treated her and did not know how to treat her condition. Dr Ramon Flores left PR for a 5 day trip and never communicated with the Hosp as to the condition of my sister. After he returned 5 days to late from his trip, my sisters condition was too severe and did not responded to any of his treatments. A bit too late, and this caused my sister her life. Dr Ramon Flores is to blame for my sister death, due to lack of proper attention, because he negligently did not call the Hosp were he sent her, and where he is affiliated to, to give all the proper instructions and treatment, that if my sister would have had immediately, she would still be alive..
