Ramona Lim, MD

Dr. Lim rarely calls a patient back who calls. Getting through to talk to her is nearly impossible. I've seen her for many years, both on telemed and in person, and she has never been able to treat me successfully. Her nursing staff is rather unhelpful to say the least. I've moved on to another GI doctor who understands what i'm going through.

Dr. Lim has been doing my required colonoscopy and upper GI screening for about 10 years (at least 1x a year). She is GREAT and so is her staff! Has found/removed several polyps. She saves lives every day.

Physician is too busy and does not return phone calls. Staff lacks the capacity to comprehend basic issues and does not accurate information. I have friends and relatives who are also physicians and other medical professionals and they say this is not professional and to move on.

my husband and i both went to Dr. Lim and were extremely pleased with her. please check your records to verify that she is again at UM. as far as iknow she left about 3 years ago. we were very disappointed when she left
