i wouldn't even give this lady one star, she doesn't care about her patients and is very lazy when it comes to getting things done and she likes to give out any kind of medication to her patients just to get them out of her way. she lacks knowledge when it comes to illnesses and she doesn't take her patients' issues serious at all. this woman shouldn't even be a doctor. definitely wouldn't recommend.

The doctor is good, but I have never dealt with such incompetence with the office and nursing staff in my life. I have been waiting OVER A MONTH for the NURSE TO FILL OUT A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION that should take no more than a couple days. ALL I HEAR is excuses!!!! THIS IS NOT A GAME WHEN your messing with someone's depression meds and head!!!!!

All the women in our family see Dr. Ramona. She takes wonderful care of us. I would recommend her to anyone.

Love Dr. Ramona, but the staff not so much. From the check-in, nurse and billing, all are very curt and made me feel as I was a bother. Really wish she would get this corrected. Also, would like to see an office closer to the Elm Road region -- not thrilled about the drive but the doctor is so worth it!
