Great experience. Very good doctor.

My husband suffered a sudden seizure and was taken to the hospital. You never expect to be in that situation. We were both frightened and expected the worse. Dr. Tiwari sensed that and spent a long time talking to us. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He made us feel comfortable and taken care of. We felt safe. I hope I never have to go through that again but if I ever did I would ask for Dr. Tiwari.

Tiwari lacks basic people skills which has limited his ability to reach his true potential. He simply has zero ability to listen to his patients and sympathize with them. He is always quick to prescribe rather than gather the full details. When concerns are raised he quickly dismisses them and moves on leaving you shocked that a doctor would be that rude. When I tried to explain to him my wife's situation after bringing her to the ER, he got irritated with me and started cutting me off. He then answered his phone mid sentence and walked out only to return 5 seconds later. He then asked me, "do you want to beat me up?" To which I replied, "what? no! I want you on my team. You can't be on my team if you don't know what's going on!" He then asked, "So do you want me to discharge her? What do you want me to do?" I replied and said, "I want to tell you how she has been in the hospital for the past 3 weeks and why. This way you will know all the details and then you can make a decision that… is educated." He then stormed out of the room. We had to get the senior manager involved. I then requested his information and he refused to come to speak with me to give me his info. This is the type of Dr that doesn't deserve to be practicing.

He was compassionate and very caring in the most stressful and frightening sickness I've ever been through. Very competent and professional.
