Dr. Ramsay Liping Kuo, MD

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally document a complaint regarding the care I received from Ramsey Kuo. During my treatment, I found his approach to be unprofessional. Specifically, he failed to order necessary diagnostic tests and insisted on surgery as the only treatment option. Furthermore, I developed two infections resulting from a catheter that was left in place for two and a half months. Despite the standard requirement for monthly replacement, it was only replaced twice during that period. The failure to follow specific protocols or discuss these risks with me ultimately resulted in an emergency room visit. Additionally, the doctor refused to address my questions and displayed a significant lack of professional bedside manner. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend his services to other patients.

My issue is not so much with Dr. Ramsey, but I can say one thing it’s like a captain of the aircraft doesn’t really matter, but the captain is always responsible for his people in in this case I feel the same. His staff at the first Physicians Group is the worst I’ve ever seen when you try to call. Takes hours to get on the phone. Secondly, when you do call to leave a message for the doctor to call you back four days later still nothing. This is the most poor operation I’ve ever seen and Dr. Cohen needs to get off his tail And start demanding that these people take the responsibility and taking care of the patients.

I have been a patient since 2009. I have been seeing him every 3-4 months since then due to my medical diagnosis. He performed two successful surgeries, one in 2009 and one in 2011. He has such a great personality and bedside manner. I am shocked to see low ratings. Nothing but high ratings from me! Thank you Dr. Kuo, you saved my life!!

Dr Kuo improved my urinary situation vastly. My life has returned to normal. I am indebted to him and appreciate his skill and professionalism. I have recommend him.

Dr Kuo is a brilliant surgeon and performs all of his professional duties as close to perfect as possible. he is kind, has a great bedside manner and is highly invested in his patients. thee best!!!
