Dr. Fanous was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He received a BBA from Baylor University. He graduated with honors from the Baylor College of Dentistry in 1990. Dr. Fanous completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1995. Upon completion of his training he practiced in Norman, Oklahoma and Oklahoma City, OK. He moved back to the North Texas area and opened the Center for Oral and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Fanous is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as wells as the North Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery where he served as president.
Dr. Fanous has a great interest in reconstructive and facial trauma surgery. He takes facial trauma calls for Baylor University Medical Center as well as Medical Center of Plano.
Dr. Fanous is …active in his community and is dedicated to helping the youth of the city. He currently coaches his daughter in a youth soccer league. He is an avid runner and enjoys many sporting activities.
