Excellent communication on the initial call, commitment to authentic timing (showing up within the hour they quoted), educating on what is happening to you currently and what the course correction will be, and most of all provided an engaging hospitality feeling in person- was so professional, articulate, honest and warm. In addition, I valued the follow up call to check up on me. 'they say what they will do and do what they said.' Kudos to AMPM for making me feel valued.
