Dr. Ramzi Nabih Ghosn, MD

Dr Ghosn is an exceptional physician and his staff is wonderful as well . I have been a very satisfied patient for many years.

I hate giving reviews but I feel the need to warn people. This practice is the worst. My husband was a patient here. He is a United States Navy Veteran he unfortunately has to take a monthly maintenance medication that is 1800 $ unfortunately my family can’t afford this. We got patient assistance to receive. The medication is a injection he gets once a month. This office has failed him by not disclosing the medication was even there yet. When I called to find out about it I was told by two separate employees it wasn’t there. It’s supposed to be refrigerated. Unfortunately the back office manager was holding it. She claims that since I was changing Dr she needed to talk to the Dr about it. I never heard back. It’s like his healthcare no longer matters. This medication is a life changer. She obviously never spoke to the Dr. his healthcare all the sudden didn’t matter. I have had multiple other problems with this office. Unprofessionalism 2 nurses had verbal argument in front of myself… and Dr. GHOSN he watched and smiled as if he was entertained and never stopped the situation. (Back office manager) again involved in this situation. If you like having a hit or miss with your healthcare and like the nurses taking your medication this is the office for you. FYI: he still has not received his medication.

Dr. Goshn is a wonderful Doctor that takes time and listens. Love him!

Excellent bedside manner. Very knowledgeable.

This office forgot to call in my antibiotic...by the time I got to the pharmacy and realized that they did not show a prescription for me it was 4:57PM on a Friday evening and the office phones were shut off. I had to call the on-call DR who contacted the on-call nurse. The nurse was EXTREMELY RUDE. I can't even explain the lack of bedside manner/customer service that this nurse had. She tried to turn this situation around to make it sound like it was my fault. She made me sound stupid for not knowing the exact name of the medicine I was prescribed and the dosage amount then and then demanded my pharmacy phone number or I would have to "wait until she drove to her destination so she could Google it." I will NEVER go back.

We found Dr.Ghosn four years ago. When my daughter was born. After her frist check-up we really liked him.So we made him our family Doctor.Nurse practitioner Melanie Fortenberry fits in well with the rest of the staff. Very caring, patient,and great with the kids. The only thing that could make Dr.Ghosn office better would be. A kids play area in the waiting room.
