I am so glad I was able to have Dr. Mafee help me with issues I have been having for quiet some time. My stomach was giving me issues and getting closure has helped me to make the lifestyle changes that were needed to get comfort from diet and vitamins and supplements. Dr. Mafee has been very patient and kind with explaining in full detail on steps needed to get me to the right path in bettering my health. From lab work that my primary missed and kits that my Gi specialist would not consider has helped me a great deal. Doctor Mafee takes her time and is very patient and you don’t feel rushed like at other offices where you have to wait a great deal to be seen and left with unanswered questions. Dr. Mafee may be a competent in Neurology, but as a Functional Medicine Doctor, she could use improvement. Length of appointments tend to be too brief, discussion of symptoms was glossed over, and educating me as a patient about potential causes of symptoms was lacking. On the plus side, I never waited long to be seen.

Dr. Mafee is an excellent doctor who searches for the root cause. She tested and diagnosed me with a condition that no other doctor even considered. I feel so much better and am so thankful to her.

Dr. Mafee is my partner on my journey to well-being. I trust her because she believes I am a unique, whole, knowledgeable person. She encourages prevention, as well as cures; she searches for the root cause of my symptoms, versus just treating the symptoms; her recommendations are science-based and specific to me.

One of the few doctors I've known who actually cares about how your body is working based on your lifestyle and what you are eating, and directly correlates it to your health and well being. Dr Mafee has changed my health and my life for the better. More doctors need to follow Dr Mafee's lead and focus on functional medicine, healthy lifestyle, and nutrition, rather than prescriptions.

After a long road on a path to recovery, I’m finally seeing significant improvements in my health. Dr. Mafee has been so instrumental in getting me here. She spends so much time with me, and I truly feel like I’m in such good hands. She does functional medicine and acupuncture! Would highly recommend seeing her as a patient.

I think she may be a good doctor in regular medical practice. May be she will become good holistic and functional doctor after another 10 years of experience. As of now, she is not a good functional doctor and I will not be going to her again.

Horribly rude staff. Would not recommend.
