Dr. Rana Stino, DDS

Dr Stino exemplifies great service on the surface level, however when she makes massive mistakes she does not take ownership. I once was an avid ambassador of the office but will never return. I've waited 5 years to write this review (that's how disturbed I was) and have additional photos to share with anyone that would like to see how my teeth were damaged and steps she took to try and cover it up. In summary, she took a shortcut and filed the back of my front teeth during my Invisalign treatment to reduce the bite friction (which was never suppose to happen nor ever disclosed). I asked if this would effect the way they look and she said I wouldn't notice a thing. See images, do you agree with her? When I brought it to her attention she shrugged it off and proceeded to do the same other teeth in attempt to blend them in! The lack of ethics. Still considering legal action. If you're looking for anything before basic cleaning consider other options. Front desk staff is always really… nice and responsive. - John

I have been a patient of Dr. Stino since 2012, and I have never had a better experience at a dentist. The entire staff is professional, courteous, efficient and thoughtful. Things are very well organized and always on time. The office is modern and comfortable, and it seems that Dr Stino and her staff use the latest technologies to offer a superior patient experience. I am particularly appreciative of their attentiveness to my comfort throughout each visit. From checkups and cleanings, to more invasive procedures, my anxieties about pain and discomfort at the dentist are relieved by their excellent bedside manner. I can't recommend this practice enough.
