A very poor provider if you are a young woman with a rare or chronic disease. No empathy, only arrogance. An all around terrible experience while I was under her care.

Amazing this one made it through college. Unprofessional rude cruel.

Very Poor Bedside Manner. Would not focus on Current Hospitalization, i.e. October 2017, kept referring to when she had my Brother in July 2017. Denied he had had Bilateral MultiDrug Resistant Pneumonia on just recent Hospitalization, when had been told showed on Chest Cat Scan & Sputum Culture & was placed on Isolation. Was discharged too Soon 1st Hospitalization end of September 2017, no Cat Scan or Sputum Test, "because no Pneumonia." Returned right back first part of October 2017 & His Pulmonologist had ordered a Cat Scan, how the Pneumonia was found & Sputum Culture & Senitivity to Antibiotics. But, discharged too Soon again & during a Medicare Appeal. Wanted Dr. Tan to do another Cat Scan to see how Pneumonia was doing, refused, because denied previous Results. Claims to be former Pulmonologist, yet, refuses to acknowledge Pneumonia exacerbating COPD condition, instead wants to talk about Palliative Care. Even tells our Family very few Lung Transplants done in USA which we know… is false. Have been told she is a Medical Director for Sound Physicians in this Area......Scary! Not a good MD at all & no Bedside Manner or Empathy for Patient or Family.

This Dr has very little knowledge in her field. She didn't even know what PCV was!

Questionable bedside manor, poor communication with family members, and a rush to discharge without a proper diagnosis.

Highly recommend not taking a loved one to Dr. Tan. Poor bedside manner, demeaning and arrogant.
