I had botox injections from Dr. Randa.....NEVER AGAIN! After I met her, I had a very uneasy feeling. For starters, the work on her own face is horrible. Secondly, she was rude and insulting. However, based on a friend's recommendation I went through with it. Once the procedure was over, I had blood droplets all over my forehead. An hour later, I had a terrible headache. Two hours later, my forehead was covered in bruises. Two weeks later, I have droopy eyelids and I still have lines on my forehead. I ended up having to see a cosmetic dermatologist to fix her botch job. He had said the person who had done the injections was "unskilled" and put too much in the wrong places. Lesson learned......do your homework! I wish I did!

She made me the hair laser removal treatmen based an a Groupon. The groupon was bought for the medium are, but she fooled me an treated a small area.

Dr Randa Sawan was right on time and ready for me. She greeted me with a sincere smile and connecting hand shake. She took the time to sit and talk with me. She was clear, direct, and helpful. Thank you.

One of the rudest, unfriendliest people I have ever met. She was backed up a half hour and didn't even bother calling to let me know she would be late, and acted as if it was ridiculous that I was upset that she was running a half hour late. At the end, she tried to charge me a 100 bucks more than agreed and I tried to explain that it was definitely not the amount agreed on the phone, she said "I will not argue with you. it's a 100 more."

This doctor put acetone on my face without asking. ACETONE???
