Dr. Randall William Armstrong, MD

Dr. Armstrong is always looking out for your spine and options for you for pain and remedies, if any, to fix them. I believe he is a top notch doctor that is caring and willing to go the extra mile listening to your concerns. I see some negative comments on here from workers comp patients. Sometimes, they just dont want to go back to a modified work schedule or there is only so much the Dr. can do. I sympathize with their frustataion; however, I have never seen any reluctnace on the part of Dr. Armstrong to listen, take thorough tests of what needs to be done and then explain a course of action.

Works for the insurance company not the patient. Would not recommend him to anyone for any reason. Pressured me to sign a form for a spin injection at my first appointment without examining or speaking to me, then became angry when I said I wanted to consult with my primary care doctor first.

Very knowledgeable doctor. I am finally getting some pain relief from a work injury. I am hoping for more pain relief in the near future. My hopes are UP!

he obviously has no interest in curing the patients. but his only interest is making sure everyone that comes in get put back on full duty, no matter how u feel

Well, the Doctor was fine, except for making me feel a bit rushed. I am not sure about his staff however. They make you feel like you are bothering them when you need help, and I have called 3 times to re schedule my injection and they are not returning my call. I need to talk to someone, and just keep getting put to voicemail. Feeling uncertain about this clinic. I drove from over an hour away to see him.
