We had our first visit with Dr Dunn this week and we were bery happy the whole experience. To start we are from out of town and had to take our son all the staff members were very nice and friendly to him. Dr. Dunn was very through in explaning everything to us did not feel rushed and he was very patient to answer all our questions. I personally liked that we were able to do all the necessary test the same day. Regardless how this fertility journey ends i would recommend Dr Dunn he's a great doctor.

It seems redundant to write another review that exactly replicates the previous ones, but we are extremely thankful for Dr. Dunn and his staff. As someone who worked with 2 previous fertility clinics, the bedside manner and prompt replies here are not the norm elsewhere. My husband even commented his surprise at how the staff at both Main Street and Memorial Hermann locations were so kind and responsive that we didn’t have any preference for nurses because we received the same, excellent care from everyone. We had telehealth visits with Dr. Dunn instead of in-person due to scheduling availability, but did not feel rushed and he was very patient to answer all our questions. Regardless of how our fertility journey ends, it was the right decision to work with Dr. Dunn and all the Aspire HFI team. We are truly grateful from the bottom of our hearts!

We have been with Aspire for several years now, specifically under the care of Dr. Randall Dunn at the South Main location, and we truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Dr. Dunn is exceptionally professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He consistently takes the time to listen, explain every step of the process clearly, and make us feel supported and confident in our care. We feel incredibly fortunate to be his patients. Over the years, we have also seen tremendous improvement across the entire staff, from the front desk to the nursing team. Everyone is kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in patient care. Communication has improved significantly as well, which has made what can be an emotional and stressful journey feel much more manageable. We are deeply grateful for the care and support we have received and would highly recommend Dr. Dunn and the Aspire South Main team to anyone on their IVF journey.

Dr Dunn is one of the most caring and knowledgable infertility doctors in Houston. I had a failed transfer at CCRM and Dr Dunn knew immediately what went wrong. He assured me that I could have a successful transfer and decided to try again. Im happy to say that I’m now a blessed mommy of a baby boy. Dr Dunn and his staff were always very professional and communicate on all aspects of my care during my IVF journey. Thank you Dr Dunn

Dr Dunn is a kind, loving and caring doctor.

We just went through our first cycle with ivf... we had no clue what we were doing or anything about it... we had a consultation with the doctor and felt like it went well and he seemed great! Well after that it all went down hill... the lack of communication and organizational of the staff is extremely ridiculous... they never update you or inform you of what’s going on, unless you hunt them down, every time I called I had to leave a message... I never felt like I mattered as a patient there and never felt like things were explained to me clearly or in a timely manner. Also, be prepared that the doctor you pick may not even be the one that does your retrieval. It took 10 days to update me on my embryos who didn’t even make it through blast day 3... I also contacted them several times asking for an update... for the amount of money, time, emotion and energy you put into ivf every patient deserves to be cared for and not just looked at as another number!

Staff is horrible. They do not know want empathy and nursing care means. To save money this doctor employs real bad nurses, not interested in working. I have never seen lazy staff like Maria or such lazy IVF procedure room nurses. Next time anyone goes there remember to tip the Staff at least $100 or they would not budge from their royal computer seats. Tipping is absolutely essential at this place.

The nurses are all LVN's. Not a single BSN for patient contact. The only BSN one wont talk to you directly. In the middle of IVF there is no way that the doctor is accessible. You have to literally fall on the LVN's feet to convey something to doctor. THEY JUST DONT CARE. The doctor disappears in Between IVF without telling you. THAT is total lack of integrity on the part of the staff., HORRIBLE DOCTOR CLINIC TO GO TO. The doctor is a good man, that is the sad part.

This doctor has a ultrasound lady called Carmen, she is extremely rude and hurts people. Her ultrasound station is called carmen station, this doctor does not like to pay more for a good ultrasound technologist , why else would a rude bit.. be working here? The results at this place are very bad, the nurses are all LPN, the nurses are just chatting away, they just dont like to work!! The embryologist is Asian and is mad, he wont open his mouth. Just go the other doctors at this place please, not the older woman she is a snob.
