Dr. Randall Keith Gibb, MD

Excellent physician and staff

The two reviews on this site are certainly not reflective of my own experience with Dr. Gibb. In fact, I am posting this review (which I rarely do) in hopes of correcting the impression left by those reviewers. I find him to be warm, responsive, caring, professional and his staff is exemplary. He is a busy man but when he is in the exam room with me, he is completely focused on me. He calls me with updates and test results in a timely manner. I have complete confidence in him and would (and have) recommend him to others.

I think that Dr. Gibb may be a very good surgeon, I have nothing really to compare him to, but his bedside manner is atrocious and both him and his female assistant are very arrogant and uncaring individuals. I think that a lot of the Billings Clinic staff are very dissatisfied with their environment and it shows in their behavior to patients. They kind of made me feel like it was all about the money and did not really care about your health. I would not recommend being treated at the Billings Hospital. Not all the staff were bad and some did try really hard, but again I don't think that the staff are not happy about their environment. I think that someone needs to take an internal survey and ask the Billings Clinic/Hospital staff how they really feel.
