Dr. Randall Hays, MD

I love Dr. Hays and how he approaches everything. Dr. Hays doesn't just immediately prescribe medications and wants to look at natural alternatives which I greatly appreciate. He takes time to listen and not rush you out of the room. He is hands down one of my most favorite doctors.

He was very nice and provided excellent care. Wonderful bedside manner. I’ve been to quite a few Care Nows around Frisco and Dallas, but he’s the best doctor I’ve had.

I was absolutely amazed by how quick I got in to see Dr. Hays. His staff was courteous and professional. But, I was very impressed by how caring and knowledgeable he was. Hands down if you have the opportunity to use Dr. Hays as your doctor, don't hesitate. He was honestly one of the most caring and professional doctors I've seen!

Dr. Hays has seen both my son and I. Each time he had a wonderful bedside manner and was most interested in getting us well as quickly as possible. He asked the right questions and got us the right medicine we needed. Efficient and pleasant. Great experience.

It was late in the day, and I was unable to get in with my regular family dr., so I went to the closest Care Now. I was 99% sure I had a UTI (I get them frequently) and knew I should not wait for the next day to see my family dr. The staff was friendly and caring, and after filling out my paper work, I was back in an exam room within 10 mins. The waiting room was full with parents and children trying to get their kids in for their school physicals. (Don't understand why parents wait for the first day of school to get their kids physical) Anyway, I was pleased that I got back into an exam room so quickly. My nurse was kind, and compassionate with how I was feeling (if you've ever had an UTI, you would understand) and quickly ran the test and Dr. Randall was back within 5 minutes. He too was kind, and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation and talked about me seeing a specialist since I frequent UTI. He gave me a couple recommendations and said I should also check with my… family dr. I appreciate that he was not going to undermine my family dr, but rather work with him. I was checked out and headed back home within 30 minutes. Won't hesitate to go back there, or recommend it to my friends.

Dr. Hays is no longer with this practice, but I hate to see the negative review, so I am adding my experience. Yes, the wait times for Dr. Hays were often long. In my opinion, the reason for this is simply that Dr. Hays is very competent & caring, and takes extra time to make sure he is providing quality care. We really miss him as out family doctor- it was worth the wait! The staff was always wonderful, too.
