Dr. Randall Hickerson

It was my first visit and I was only in for a cleaning, but I was very impressed with Dr. Hickerson and his staff. Very friendly, very professional.

The worst experience i ever had in my life. Displeased and not satisfied.And issues srill not resolved.,got dentures i cant even wear. And still got to get them redone. No call back for new apptmt. Constant cancellations. After scheduled apptmts. By his office staff. Been on emergency leave since issues arised with my dentures. Will not give me a refund, i requested. Claim he got to fix or have done over. And still not back in his office, dont know when he coming back,and his assistant ,stated she will get in touch with him,and call me vack today. Still no call. This has been so stressful, and frustrating.,never in my life had to wear dentures, first time . and i saved up to get them a while. And it was not easy, with no income of my own,help with my spouse,and. saving every dime i could. 800 dols. Plus extractions.etc. this is what i get. Uncaring and unprofessional staff,after they screwed up my dentures or the lab they sent them too. Stuck with dentures i still cant wear, from the… day i got them several weeks ago. Had 3 adjustments. They still to big. for as the gumline. To much gums more than teeth. ,and causes my mouth to close properly. Cant open my mouth wide.change my whole facial appearance not comfortable,cant eat or talk with period. Need to be redone over with less gum lime. And i told them that. Later that evening. After i left his office,and try to wear them,for several hours. And was told to come bk on oct.31st,for him to adjust. the bite. Then it was cancel til the 8th of nov.. On the day of my apptmt.by voicemail.that i didnt get until i was already at his office. Then was called again ,that he had a family emergency, and would be out . after I requested a refund.due to irrate assistant,behind my dis satification of his dental services,and constant visits to get a pair dentures that didnt fit,comfortable.and waitng for months to get done. They dont give refunds, and iI got to,let him fix them,or have redone if necessary. I stated to her, they have to be redone.There is no way to fix that bulky gum line,or palet. Since then ,still waiting for. Dr. Hickerson to return. Called his assistant 2days ago. Stated he still not bk. She was going to call him,and give me a call today. And let me kno when i can come bk in. Still no response. I just want a refund, and got to go through channels to get it,or my dentures done over. The worst experience i ever had . a total nightmare. And I will never go back to him ever. All iI want is my money bk at this point. But, stuck between a rock and a hard place. Need help will get justice some how. I have no respect for a dentist that take advantage of poor people like me.,or anybody that pd for quality dentures that is not perfect,but wearable. Praying i get justice. And i will do all i have to to get it. If this matter is not resolve very soon. Not keeping my money, and have no dentures that i can wear. Not what i paid for. I have rights as a patient,not no fool by any means. Trying to give him the benefit to correct his mistake. And if he cant complete it, get somebody who will,in his place. I feel it a stall tactic,giving me the run around,because if his office was really trying to resolve this issues. Would have by now. Or made other efforts,to correct this problem. But, will see what tomorrow bring.
