Dr. Randall Scott Juleff, MD

First, his office lost my referral, so my GP had to follow up on it. A couple of weeks later, Juleff spent 3 minutes on my issue, asked redundant questions that my GP had already covered. I had a Doppler ultrasound at his practice a week later. Post-scan, I was told results would take 3 months. Despite multiple calls, messages, and emails for clarification on this 3-month wait, I received no response from his office. Eventually, his practice charged me $837 for a "study" without even sharing results. Despite running multiple Hawaii clinics, hosting a podcast, and getting mainland specialist recommendations, his service was inadequate—less thorough than a GP and less insightful than a Google search. It's blatant that this Juleff exploits his patients (especially his fellow octogenarians) to prolong treatments to maximize billing. He's milking people all across Hawaii and appears to have a certain reputation among the other specialists here. I saw a different specialist on the island who… wasn't surprised by this experience at Juleff's office and was able to fully analyze and treat me in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost
