Our 16 year old son was in a terrible car accident & Dr.Lais was our follow-up Doc. He answered all my 100 questions and never acted inconvenienced. He gave our son (& us) peace of mind with his explanations & information! The nursing staff was amazing. They were Very positive, informative and handled our son’s orneriness like champs. I observed Dr. Lais and the staff interacting with other patients in the office and he was kind and very down to earth. The respect he showed his nursing staff and office Gals was very admirable! Overall a great experience.

Dr. Lais was very welcoming, knowledgeable and gave excellent patient care. Our son fractured his ankle growth plate and Dr. Lais’ wisdom gave complete reassurance and I left his office knowing my son was in the right hands and he will have a 100% full recovery with Dr. Lais’ care.

Wonderful! My baby is 7 and scared. He put her arm back together and gave her a reason to trust him. His nurses and staff are awesome and made my daughter so comfortable. We laughed, we joked. He is very patient and nice.

This is my first postoperative visit with my trauma surgeon after my surgery on my broken ankle and tibia fracture that also included a tibia being pulled away from the ligaments and tendons. Dr. Lais was outstanding! As a nurse with Ortho Surgery, inpatient acute care and outpatient care, I can tell you that his surgical talents and his bedside manner at each step of my trauma experience rates at the highest I have ever given. I highly recommend him!!!!
