Bill in the mail for $400 when I didn’t even see this doctor??

After being a client for sometime, realize how patient, kind, considerate, great listener, remembers from one meeting to the next, quick to return phone calls usually, treats clients with respect, and doesn't let clients down. Great lighting and temperature with very little wait time. He helps to relieve stress, and always feel like weight is lifted, once I see him. Thank him for his services and takes my insurance as well to hep with payments as well. Does a thorough initial evaluation. Thank You

I went into Dr. Lanes office with the belief that he worked with my insurance . After he looked into my insurance which was before he saw me in his office he made me aware that he did not work with my mental health provided. I then told him i would need to find someone else and proceeded to get up to leave. He told me at that time i would be responsible out of pocket that day to pay 300$ in full for even taking up a time slot from him. No services at all were provided, i went into his office to get prescriptions for my anti-depressants which did not happen. Since then he has sent me two bills. I have tried to file a claim with insurance but it did not meet my deductible. At the time i told him i could not pay out of pocket i would of even been okay with paying a cancellation fee for taking up his time but he charged me for a full session which had never occurred. I have attempted numerous times to call his office and have left messages. Still no response. Worst experience i have… ever had from someone who is supposed to help others. He was rude the whole time and acted as if all he wanted was my money. such a disregard for care and respect on his part. I wouldn't even go see him if my insurance did cover it because of the way i was treated, his bedside manners are ill. His office is dark and depressing. And he is a dishonest business man.

I've had nothing but great experiences in handling my illness.

this doctor is a crook! he filed on my insurance for an appointment I CANCELED. The insurance is now investigating him for fraud. I would not recommend this doctor!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! HE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR APPOINTMENTS YOU DON'T HAVE WITH HIM!!!

DO NOT get an appointment with Dr. Lane. He is impersonal, cold, and self-asorbed. If you feel you must, for any reason, see this doctor, make sure you know ALL the facts. You will not be told how much he charges for example. A missed appointment, for whatever reason,is a missed appointment. It doesn't matter if you show up at a later time by mistake.

Make sure you know how much you are being charged, each visit. Also be aware that with any missed visit, you will be charged full price. This includes an appointment to which you show up at a later hour, than was scheduled. In this case you will be charged for two visits in one day.Also, don't expect a very caring or considerate doctor. He acts as though he is just someone doing his job.

THIS DR. IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. HE IS VERY RUDE. HE ROLLED HIS EYE SEVERAL TIMES DURING OUR VISIT WHEN I WAS TALKING. THEN I CALLED SEVERAL TIME TO CHECKING ON THE BILLING SO I COULD KEEP UP WITH PMTS AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD BILL ANYTHING IF OWED. THEN I GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL AND HE TOLD ME THAT MY INSURANCE WOULDN'T PAY. HE SAID HE WOULD SPLIT IT IN 2 PMTS AND I ASKED IF THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE I CAN WORK OUT HE TOLD ME NO BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN SINCE MAY. I THEN TOLD HIM HE DIDNT BILL ME UNTIL NOW SO THATS NOT MY FAULT FOR HIS BILLING THAT LATE AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. WHAT A COMPLETE JERK.

No office staff, so could not comment on it. Overall excellent doctor. Always on time with appointments. Extremely knowledgeable
