Dr. Randall William Lengeling, MD

Horrible. Just horrible. Not even in the room for 10 mins. Didn’t ask questions or answer questions. Was rushed out, told I looked healthy and nothing was wrong. Was referred to them by my DR to figure out a long time issue. That was a WASTE of an appointment, he didn’t even bother to help figure out what was going on. This is the type of Dr that gives Dubuque Drs bad names. I will be needing another referral to a different Dr note, one that hopefully actually cares to figure out what is going on with the patients they see!

I didnt feel like I was listened to when I told him about my symptoms. I feel like I was dismissed due to my younger age perhaps. I did do a few tests but after the second one I was prescribed a medication to cover my symptoms and told to come back in a few months. I dont agree with using meds if not necessary and while its better than nothing, it felt like I didnt get the time, attention, and care i deserved. It doesnt help that there are very few specialists in Dubuque.

I was very pleased with Dr. Lengeling. He researched my history, asked me questions, did an examination, and is following up with testing and research. He was very polite and I have complete confidence in him.

He's arrogant and answers his own questions. His testing is the minimal with no actual plan for follow up other than " We'll just wait for something to happen, then we'll do something." ???

This doctor is not a good listener. His manner is supercilious and arrogant. I was referred to him for diagnosis and treatment, but he chose to run duplicate tests that found nothing, and then did nothing to treat my problem. No follow-up. What a waste of my time and money.
